Website Purchases
Website product purchases, including Kondor File Manager Pro when sold through the Tepesoft website, are eligible for a 30-day money-back refund from the original purchase date. If you are not satisfied or believe a charge was made in error, contact Tepesoft with the purchase email, product name, order details, and a short explanation.
Refund Requirements
To help us locate and process the request, submit the refund request within 30 days of the original website purchase date and include the purchase email or order ID. Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or a request outside the stated refund period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
App Store Purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple. Refund requests for App Store purchases should be submitted through Apple's refund flow or App Store account support because Apple controls billing and refund processing for those transactions.
Subscriptions
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges. Website subscription refund requests submitted within 30 days of the original purchase or renewal charge will be reviewed under this policy. The payment provider may also provide a customer portal or support path for billing and subscription management.
Custom Services
Consulting, automation, AI workflow, website, and custom software development payments are governed by the quote, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement for that engagement. Because this work reserves time and may produce custom deliverables, refunds are generally limited to the terms stated in that project agreement.
How To Request Help
Include the purchase email, product name, order ID if available, purchase date, and the reason for the request. Do not send full payment card numbers.
