Kondor is designed as a local-first macOS file manager. The app does not collect data, telemetry, analytics, file names, file contents, credentials, or usage history for Tepesoft. This policy explains the few cases where information may leave your Mac because you choose a remote service, AI tool, purchase flow, or support form.

Your files stay where you put them
File operations run on your Mac, selected folders, connected devices, or remote services you configure. Tepesoft does not receive your files through normal app use.
Support contact is voluntary
If you use the feedback form, we receive only the contact details, message, and attachments you choose to send.

No app analytics or telemetry
Kondor File Manager does not collect, transmit, or sell app telemetry, usage analytics, crash analytics, file names, folder paths, file contents, credentials, command history, tab history, favorites, or search history to Tepesoft. Normal desktop file-management activity stays on your Mac or on the resource you choose.
Information processed locally
Kondor processes file names, paths, metadata, previews, archive entries, transfer progress, command history, settings, tabs, favorites, and connection configuration locally because those are needed to provide file-management features. This information is not sent to Tepesoft by the app.
Files and content
Kondor does not upload your local files to Tepesoft as part of normal use. When you open, copy, move, convert, resize, rotate, archive, extract, or search files, the app performs that work locally, on a connected device, or through the destination service you selected.
Remote, cloud, and device connections
If you configure FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, S3, Dropbox, Google Drive, iOS, Android/MTP, camera/PTP, or similar resources, Kondor communicates directly with those resources to list folders and perform requested operations. Tepesoft does not receive those credentials, listings, or files from the app. External providers and devices have their own privacy practices.
AI and command tools
If you use Kondor's AI or command-tool features, the prompt, current folder context, selected file paths, and attachments you explicitly choose may be sent to the local or third-party tool you configured. Tepesoft does not receive those prompts through the Kondor app unless you separately submit them through support.
Feedback and support
When you use the feedback form, Tepesoft receives the information you enter, such as your name, email, feedback type, app version, macOS version, message, and any screenshots or recordings you attach. We use it only to respond, debug issues, prioritize feature requests, and improve Kondor.
Purchases
Mac App Store purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Website purchases, when available, are processed by Paddle or the payment provider shown at checkout. Tepesoft does not receive full payment card numbers from those payment processors.
Website analytics
The Tepesoft website may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand page visits, downloads, and feedback flow quality. Website analytics are separate from the Kondor desktop app. Kondor itself does not send app usage analytics to Tepesoft.
Crash reports and diagnostics
Apple may provide crash reports or diagnostics for App Store builds if you choose to share analytics with developers in macOS settings. If you send logs, screenshots, recordings, or sample files through support, we use them only for support and product improvement.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, feedback handling, payments, download delivery, security, and product operations. We may disclose information if legally required or to protect users, the product, or our systems.
Retention
Local app settings and connection records remain on your Mac until you delete or reset them. Support messages and attachments are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, debugging, product improvement, legal, or security purposes.
Your choices
You can choose not to create remote connections, not to use AI tools, not to send feedback attachments, and not to purchase Pro. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you submitted to Tepesoft where applicable.
Children
Kondor File Manager is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Kondor.
