Information we collect
Venus Weather may collect birth date, birth time, birth place, relationship profile details you choose to enter, app settings, purchase entitlement status, feedback messages, and diagnostics made available by Apple or submitted by you.
How we use information
We use information to generate daily relationship weather, compatibility themes, communication prompts, gift/date ideas, share cards, subscription access, support replies, abuse prevention, and product reliability improvements.
Astrology and relationship guidance
Venus Weather is for entertainment, journaling, and self-reflection. It does not guarantee love, marriage, pregnancy, finances, health, another person's feelings, or any certain outcome. It does not replace professional advice.
Local-first saved people
The MVP stores saved relationship people on your device. If account sync is enabled in a future version, sync will use first-party Astroze HTTPS endpoints and include server-side deletion controls.
Birth location
Birth place is used for astrology calculations. Venus Weather does not require background location tracking. Do not submit sensitive location details beyond what is needed for a birth chart.
Feedback and support
When you use the feedback form, Tepesoft receives the name, email, message, app version, iOS version, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to reply, debug issues, and improve Venus Weather.
Purchases
Auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Tepesoft does not receive full payment card numbers from Apple.
Website analytics
The Tepesoft website may use analytics to understand page visits and product interest. Website analytics are separate from private in-app relationship data.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, purchase processing, support, security, and product operations. We may disclose information if legally required or to protect users and systems.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains on your device until deleted in the app or by removing the app. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, product improvement, legal, or security purposes.
Children
Venus Weather is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
